Axia started in 1994 as a hands-on IT business in Hertfordshire, fixing servers, racking switches and answering phones for small companies that could not justify their own IT team. Three decades later, the work has changed — and so has the network — but the principles have not.
Axia Telecom exists because the lines between IT and telecoms have collapsed. The phone system is software. The office network is a leased line and a 5G failover. The fridge in the warehouse is on a cellular SIM. Our customers needed a partner who could deliver all of it, properly, from one team.
We are deliberately not the biggest. We are deliberately not the cheapest. We are deliberately the partner that answers the phone, owns the problem, and tells you the truth about what your estate actually needs.
